« When the Human cuts the last tree, pollutes the last drop of water, kills the last animal and catches the last fish, so he will notice that money is not edible ».
Indian proverb

Since her fashion design studies in Paris, she has been working with recycled material : She gives material a second life:  paragliding or parachute fabrics; vintage, using old collections which have not been worn, industrial scraps or old-fashioned rolls from wholesalers which were destined to be destroyed.

Her reasons ?

An ecological conviction : why produce what already exists ? Because creativity must be stimulated…

She passionately loves diverting materials from their original use, to test them, to study them, to adapt them, to make them match, to make them feminine or on the contrary to make them masculine…

Each time she uses a new material, she has new images, destinations and new stories to tell…

The path

« The aim of life is self-development. To realize one’s nature perfectly – that is what each of us is here for.».
Quotation by Oscar Wilde

She allows herself to be guided by the material, its colour, its  texture, its origin. She studies it carefully, she tastes it until she tames it… and then she tells the story that it inspires in her…
In nature there is no beautiful or ugly flower. Each one of them has its utility : it exists for itself.

The initial design is a landscape, inspired by a trip sometimes imaginary,  a tree, water, flowers…

It inspires in her an emotion, an energy, transformed into designs which may be Zen, flowing, urban etc.

Then the master piece is born, all the elements are present and set the scene… Each element tells its own story, the flower on the lake at dawn, the tree in the water, the siren of the morning, the lotus, lightness… sense of humour… leading to the transition with the wedding dress made of recycled paragliding or parachute fabric : the dress that cannot fly but can swim…

« A work of art is a creation spot seen through a temperament».
Quotation of
Émile Zola
